Good quality but not for beginners!
Good product, well made and strong. Be aware though, that it is far too strong for my arms, so I bought the yellow one to start off with...but still too strong. Can you make this product for beginners please and not seasoned weight lifters!!!

Good for posture exercises
Using it to correct my posture very well made and great quality. Unfortunately I got the hard one first and had to return it to get the easy one, will have to work my way up to hard mode.Helps tone back fat too.

Looks are deceiving
When this arrived, I was a bit disappointed bc I expected more. Then I started using it - don’t be fooled by the slight size. This thing packs a punch. If I had gotten the next level up, I wouldn’t be able to use it. Great for starters. Easy to use. Making a difference. In six months, I’ll level up.

good product but disappointed in packaging
I received this band wrapped tight in a layer upon layer of plactic and tape. It didn't come in the SPRI box and it didn't come with the little booklet of instructions, which I wanted. Someone actually wrapped this up in a wad with no regard as to how it looks to a customer or for the instructions. As for the SPRI Toner (light) - sturdy, durable resistant band. Travels easily. Versatile exercise options but figure them out yourself.
