Does come with everything. Pillow cases, fitted sheet, flat sheet and comforter. The comforter is very thin. Didn’t come with a weird smell. Overall is a lower quality set. It’s working just fine for my 5 year old who doesn’t like too hot of blankets.

Looks just like in the picture.
Not disappointed. My 3 yr old son loves it (all things helicopter). I chose this because his room has many shades of grey(not 50), and the kiddie cartoon or superheroes styles seemed too colourful. Looks perfect and he won’t outgrow this in a hurry.
