I am one for trying products for myself, because at the end of the day what works for me doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you, and vice versa. I must say, i read the reviews ( bad ones) and decided to go ahead and purchased this product. God LORD what a mistake that was! I came across this product while reading a body building article online. I had my second baby about 15 months ago and wanted to shed the last couple stubburn pounds. Well, this product was a major disappointment - I tried it for the max of two days and discontinued. I work out 5 days of the week doing strength training and spinning. Instead of curbing my appetite this thing made me hungry AF! I took it around 11 o'clock in the morning , one hr before my lunch. By 2 o'clock I was bloody starving. I took it around midday because I tend to snack a bit throughout the afternoon. Not only did this product made me hungry but also tired. I normally pick up my first daughter, who is 2 and half, at play school around 3:30. On my way to her, I was so nervous because i have never been so tired in my life! Plus I had my 15 month old daughter with me. My eyes were blood shot red - I felt like haven't slept for days! Before leaving the house I tried a cup of very strong coffee but to no avail - I was still a wreck! I tried it the next day just to see if it was really the product and the same thing happened. So today, 22/04/16, I decided not to take the tablet and was fine. Did my strength training in the morning, had my lunch and I was fine for the rest of the day. I didn't feel as if i was starving like i did for the past couple days. So it was definitely the product . Please DO NOT buy. I am begging you! Don waste your money. I like giving products the benefit of the doubt, even when it gets 1 star but please do not do it with this product! I am going to change up my work out routine by incorperating some HIIT routine to shed the last few stubborn pounds! Good luck on your weight loss journey :)

I'm fairly short and overweight, maybe 25% BF. I'm not terribly active.I gave this product a fair chance - using at least one tablet once every other day, minimum, for about a month and a half.I can confirm this product definitely curbs cravings. With this product only, I've comfortably skipped meals and managed to get my eating habits more under control than I had in years. While I've only lost about five pounds overall, my visible fat loss has been more significant - to a point where even my face looks much thinner.If that were it, this would be a great product.Unfortunately, once I decided to try this product pre-breakfast (roughly 2 weeks ago), I began to experience chest pains.These pains kept recurring whenever I tried using these tablets pre-breakfast and so I stopped. Unfortunately, the chest pains have persisted and even intensified despite my continuing to use these tablets between meals only. I've stopped taking them altogether,I'm really not sure why these tablets eventually gave me a reaction, but based on timing it seemingly had something to do with me taking them on an empty stomach during the pre-breakfast days. (The packaging says to use this product before meals and so I thought before breakfast would be fine.) In any case, the reactions happened after Amazon's refund period ended so I'm stuck with them.Seeing how effective the mix of Garcinia Cambogia and green coffee bean extract could be, I may seek out a product with lower dosages of the active ingredients and possibly something more natural. Last note - this product has hydrogenated vegetable oil as inactive ingredient. Provided it was a tiny quantity, that oil shouldn't have caused my chest pains... then again, it probably shouldn't been in this product at all.Bottom like - the product seems to help with curbing hunger and losing fat, but also seemed to give me chest pains. I'm going to keep looking.

I use Garcinia Cambogia Extract to avoid gaining more weight/keep my weight stable, rather than to promote weight loss itself. I specifically take it before meals where i consume alcohol with food, or big meals where i might overeat, like thanksgiving.I like that this product has a good level of HCA extract, but unfortunately it also has a lot of 'junk' that doesnt need to be in it - for example there is hydrogenated vegetable oil which i guess must be in the coating around the pill. Hydrogenated oils are really bad for you and are normally found in coffee creamer, etc. Wish they hadn't felt the need to add that to these to. As a result I wont be buying these again, I will be looking for a version that is sold in capsules.Like other reviewers have mentioned, the pills in my bottle were not great quality and some are broken into pieces or are odd shapes - not the best quality control on whatever machine they use to make these.

First of all, I am not writing this review from some kind of promotion from Amazon. I want people to know I have FINALLY found something that actually takes pounds off me. I have tried every non-stimulant pill on the market to take off the 15 pounds I want to lose. I have even taken pills containing Garcinia before with absolutely no results. So when I read about this I was sure I was wasting my money again but it was so cheap I thought I'd give it a try. I have been taking this 5 days and have lost 4 pounds. I am one of those people who walks the floor searching for something else to eat. Especially sweets. With these pills I do not want anything to eat. I just eat something at regular mealtimes to keep up my health. I am a 65 year old woman and st my age it is very hard to lose weight. I sincerely recommend this product. May not work for you but I'm sold on it. By the way, there's no side effects whatsoever. Actually makes me feel better. I know how misleading some reviews are and with all I've wasted on diet products I would never mislead anyone.
