My functional medicine practitioner told me to get this for my histamine intolerance (HI). I tend to flare in the spring so I bought it and take it every day. I do see a difference and will have it on hand for the next allergy season for sure. Yes, it's expensive, but it does help me enjoy foods that trigger my HI during the spring/summer months.

Helps with my gut issues

I have tried several different DAO supplements for histamine intolerance. This one works the best and I love that the tablets are tiny and can be swallowed without water. The package is also easy to just put in my purse or even my pocket as it is small. Sadly though, these are super expensive, even on subscribe and save....and I go through 2 per month. I will keep trying other brands to see if I can find something more economical.

I really don't like the dispenser.Because it doesn't function reliably.

I noticed reduced discomfort after meals high in histamine. The only reason I rated four stars instead of five is that results can vary depending on the individual and timing of the dose, but overall, it’s a high-quality product for those managing histamine sensitivity.

This works very well and is gentle on stomach as well. Highly recommend.

Although this is not a cheap product by any means it gives peace of mind as a MAST cell activation syndrome suffered that my wife can enjoy a meal out without having a histamine reaction and feeling terrible. Really good product and will purchase again.

Works well when following a no histamine diet and used on the occasions of no choice but eating histamine food.
