Harbor freight quality
Donโt expect a lot and you won be disappointed. Ratchet paws do not click in the gear. You gotta manually push em in each pull. hooks started to bend straight on 2nd use. Overall poor quality.

EXTREMELY poorly designed!
This is a dangerous item with misaligned gears and sprockets that can chew off fingers! I will be returning it immediately. Buy something with release gears that you can easily use and see in the product photos. I don't know who could possibly make use of this!

Terrible alignment
Not the highest quality, if used lightly probably will work but if you need it for safety or heavy duty look elsewhere. The picture shows the terrible alignment between the drum gears and the lever engagement paw.

It looks like a nice cable but there was not a single piece of paper showing the model and instruction Manual. cable to come out of locked position and open it.not one page photo was included in the package showing the way to rerelease the cable and other useful instruction. I will keep it and ask others to help me. I will give a 2 for review

Main components were bent out of the box. Cable was bound out of the box. Just a piece of junk.
