Bought for my daughter who finds it very comfortable. I thought it looked good quality for the price nice thick cotton covering could not feel the springs . It was delivered when they said ( tracking available) and the 2 guys delivering were very helpful offering to carry mattress upstairs..

Good Customer Service or Not?
It is neither soft nor hard, it just feels right. Thank you. It did arrive on time as well. Although I love the product, and rate it highly, those who handle it should take extra care not to dirty a product that someone has paid for. It is a good product nonetheless with the exception of the smears that reminds me that exceptional care was lacking.

the mattress was delivered efficiently but I'm not overjoyed with the quality. However, I appreciate that it wasn't expensive so I guess it was what I paid for. My son likes it!
