backrest, foot rest were well built. Headrest my package had a board that got disconnected - I pinned it with a finishing nail and it is useable again. Magazine rack was poorly made. I have been repairing it with "gorilla glue" and finishing nails as it came broken in three pieces. cup holders were received in the same condition broken in two pieces - but repairable. Overall it was worth the price in just the backrest and foot rest. Star rating are based on whole package of items.

The pieces are ok. headrest is comfy. Backrest is fine. I don't understand footrest but it's well made. Magazine rack and cup holders were not properly nailed. Had to fix. No screws included, but that's ok. Overall worth it for the main three pieces

the several accessories are well made and easy to use. Have predrilled holes for ease in attachment. Did not get the foot rest - but do not need anyway. The backrest is a little awkward to use- it easily slides, so I cut a notch in legs to fit in-between the slats of bench - solved the issue.

The products arrived as advertised, however it did not include any mounting hardware for the pieces that need to be mounted on the wall. I.e., cup/robe/towel holder or magazine rack.

The product came in with one of the wood panels broken. I expected better quality of wood for the price. Very unhappy and it is very Inconvient to go through the process of shipping it back

I had to rebuild half of it. Conservatively 60% of the brad nails used to attach the slats were fired completely through the slat.

Loved it.
