I use this to help make highly potent yogurt. So far it has worked perfectly. The biggest concern when making yogurt is introducing impurities that can ruin the yogurt. I have not had any issues with this inulun.

Dissolves very easily! I add it to my coffee in the morning. Will definitely continue using it.

Have purchased twice. Works great BUT this is a fine powder and both packages when opened did not have the internal ziplock closed so the powder was in the zipper closer and did not allow the package to be sealed again after opening. So I now fold the package and store in a quart ziplock bag. Otherwise the Inulin works great!

Good tasting. Works well in yogurt making. I use it in every batch I make. I wish it was sold in larger amount, like 1 or 2 pounds. I use it up quickly.
