I loaded it up the same day that I received it and was surprised how quickly it heated up. It heated up to 155 degrees in one day. The assembly took about 5 minutes.

This came together pretty quickly and big enough to handle my garden. It's a bit wobbly as it doesn't seem to lock tight in construction, so may be interesting when it gets near capacity, but seems ok for now.

At this price, I expected something a little more sturdy. The compost box itself is OK, and not terribly hard to assemble, but the little doors at the bottom are too small, and they are hard to open and even harder to close. Worse, the lid comes (for no apparent reason) in two pieces, and it attaches to the main box by two VERY FLIMSY plastic hinges that are hard to keep fastened. One of them broke just TWO DAYS after I started using it, so now the lid won't even seal. I am so very disappointed with this purchase, and because I used it, I apparently can't return it for a refund. This product is a rip-off!

Compost bin is very tall so it fits well were I have it. Replacing a smaller, wider one that has fallen apart over the years. Panel sides seem thinner than old one, but hopefully it will last a few years. The top does NOT sit well in the 'hinges' and wobbles when you are closing/opening it. Will have to reinforce sides with a few bungee cords.

Composting is fun and good for the earth. Compost and don’t buy an electric car!

Top latch is flimsy and doesn't close. I don't want to force it closed because it will probably break, especially after sun and weathering hits it, over time. Just a basic piece of plastic with slits for air. No bottom. My gut said send it back, but I was tired of looking for a solution.
