This is the best omega - a bit expensive but you will know the difference. I find the formula excellent. My cardio swears by it as says oils properly filtered to get rid of heavy metals. This is important.

Well as a confirmed exponent of fish oils, I’ve been taking them for years But I’ve never been able to persuade my other half to take them due to the taste and smell These capsules contain a very high percentage of the good stuff. So that’s definitely a plus The purer the ingredients the more efficacious it can be The main thing dragging the rating down is the price This is a premium product that you pay a premium price for I suspect if my other half found out I’d spent more than double what I normally do she might take my credit card away 😄 So if you want omega capsules that don’t have that fishy tang, nor the odour then these may be what you can take for your health whilst avoiding the downsides

The capsules taste much like other omega 3 supplements. Omega 3 is, I've been told good for you; you can get it through eating fish, like mackerel. If you want it without having to spray air freshener, then the capsules make a nice alternative.

As, so far, it seems there are a dozen 5 * ratings with no reviews, I am wondering if they are legitimate. I have received this as a reviewer and do what I can to consider the value for money of products as if I had put my own money into the purchase (instead of my time into the review). I might pay £10-12 for this for the high quality fish oil content but very little more; much of the rest of what is in it has little solid science to back it up and actually if you try to put together supplements to meet your specific needs - with or without medical advice - you will find that there are other things you might not want to have in this. For example, Folic Acid - commonly found in other supplements and reputedly much less good for you than Folate... so at this price why did they use the cheaper industrial option? And vitamin D - again you don't want to find that you have inadvertently added too much of this to your diet because you thought this was an omega 3 supplement only. Overall, these are a decent source of fish EPA and DHA but there are much better value options for these from reliable, sustainably sourced algal origin (vegan friendly). But at a price that is totally unjustifiable.
