## Features

- LOOK - The Aeschynanthus 'Rasta', is a slow growing plant - commonly known as the curly wurly lipstick plant. Due to it's tubular red flowers, that are held near the tips of the trailing stems by a darker sheath-like calyx like a tube of lipstick. This is a very eye-catching plant that looks great cascading over the side of the pot and can be displayed in hanging planter or displayed on a shelf or similar structure.
- LIGHTING - This plant is low light tolerant but will prefer much brighter light. Bright light will encourage flowering, too much bright light though can lead to leaf scorching.
- WATERING - Water relatively freely when in active growth, making sure the compost dries out in-between, but keep drier in winter. This plant does bounce back easily if you forget to water them every once in awhile.
- WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE - With this listing you will receive 1, 2 or 3 indoor plants in a 12cm pot.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How often should I water my indoor plant?**
A: It depends on the plant variety. A general rule is to check the top 2–3 cm of soil and if it feels dry, water lightly. Avoid letting plants sit in water as this can cause root rot.

**Q: Where should I place my plant?**
A: Most houseplants prefer bright, indirect light. Some indoor plants can tolerate low light, while others prefer sunny spots. Always check the specific plant’s needs.

**Q: Do I need to repot my houseplant?**
A: Not immediately. Most plants are fine in their nursery pot for several months, but will eventually need more space to stay healthy. If you see roots coming out of the drainage holes, the soil drying out quickly, or slowed growth, it’s time to repot.

**Q: My plant’s leaves are turning yellow. What should I do?**
A: Yellow leaves are usually caused by overwatering, poor drainage, or lack of light. Let the soil dry out a little and move the plant to a brighter spot.

**Q: Do houseplants help clean the air?**
A: Many houseplants can help improve indoor air quality and add humidity, creating a calming atmosphere.
