This femanine cleaner is great. No artificial fragrances which can throw off your Ph. My GYN recommended this and its soothing and thoroughly cleanses the area. There is no leakage and very easy to use. The texture of the gel is perfect as it’s not too runny. Love it!!!!

I didn't realize with menopause how badly your body changes, and how much products like these are needed. This stuff is wonderful. I feel clean...and fresh. And it's a feeling that lasts. And I love it. I was using other soaps and I just felt so off but this is just perfect. Truly. Just a little bit goes a long way too. I purchased this product to help me manage Lichen Sclerosus and frankly had zero expectations that it would work. I have spent hundreds on all sorts of creams and washes. This product was remarkably effective, reducing itching and pain in just a couple of days, with twice daily usage. It allowed me to stop using steroids. Unlike other products it did not give me excessive burning or outbreaks of other types. I would not say it "cured" the problem, only that it made it much less of a constant pain in the nether regions. It also was quite good at improving the odor issues in a way that other washes had failed to do. I was especially happy with the fragrance free aspect of this product.
