Bought these lights for indoor plants. Arrived and are well packaged. Set them up right away and worked well. Used them for a few days and then due to rearranging the room, took them down and stored them on a table. A couple of days later I hung them up and went to use them again. Sad to say the second unit was not working. Plug it directly into the main line and they flashed a few times and cycled the different color modes on their own. Reconnected to the first set of lights and did not work. So I emailed the company directly through their web site. I explained what happened. They responded within 24 hours and apologized for the issues asked for further documentation to help to resolve the issue. During the time I was waiting for their response, I investigated and found out that the pins in the connect cord attached to the second unit needed to be pushed in. Once I did this the unit worked. I relayed this to their customers service and asked if they could just send me the defected cable because the lights were fine and I could fix it myself. But I was afraid that unplugging the unit might dislodge the pins rendering the unit useless. Again, within 24 hours they responded and said they cannot send the cable, because they do not inventory the parts. But offered a very fair and viable solution and within four days I received replacements for the lights. So, do the lights work? Yes. They output a good amount of light. They are set for the spectrum plants need to grow, flower, or to fruit. They are very light and have many options for installation for a variety of set ups. They provided cable ties, Velcro strips, and adhesive mounts. The cables are designed to be water tight and therefore can be used in a humid/wet environment. You can either connect the lights close together, or with the added cable move them up to 3 ft (1m) apart. Does the company stand behind their product? Yes. The company was quick to respond to my emails, it is stated that they will respond in 24 hours and they did. The communications were professional and polite. They stood behind the product and offered a vary viable and fair solution to my issues and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend the product and the company.

Got these for installation on a tall and narrow IKEA shelf for my indoor cacti and succulents. Very simple to install, and with the self adhesive pads, placing the on the underside of each shelf was fairly easy (they're very sticky, so make sure you measure or mark where you want them to go). I liked the little snap in hangers that created a gap between the panel and the shelf for heat dissipation. I've had no issues at all with the timer, it has turned on and off as set (I haven't seen what happens after a power outage, but that's a fairly rare occurance so only time will tell). My light measurement app shows a very good lux reading, so I know the output is okay, and my buddies have responded nicely. My only I wish is that each panel were a tad longer and wider, maybe 12" x 6", but overall after four months of use I'm happy with these lights. They seem quality and well built, so I hope they last for a long time.

I have been using these lights for a month already and so far they have worked well. They do have settings for brightness, color spectrum, and timer which is very convenient. They are well made and I feel like they are good for the price. They were easy to install.

For: Barrina Grow Lights for Indoor Plants, 20W (2 x 10W) Full Spectrum Ultra-Thin Pros: 1. easy to use - I bought 2 sets each with two lights 2. connects easily; I was able to connect 3 together on one power supply so they cover almost 10-feet of wall plants 3. has multiple brightness settings 4. starts and stops accurately depending on the time setting you choose 5. has kept my indoor decorative plants alive so far - they are thriving 6. has remained stuck to the ceiling using the provided snap-in adhesive connectors 7. does not generate much heat compared to regular grow-bulbs Cons: 1. Unfortunately, the design has a start-unit which has an extension connector on only one side. This prevents you from being able to string 4 lights together. I was able to do this - start-unit <==> extension <==> extension <==> power-supply leaving me with an unused start-unit since it has a power-connector on just one side. I wish they had given the opportunity to use at least 4 units together. I guess the power-supply would have to provide more power to allow that. 2. The controller is too close to the connector on the light. When the lights are mounted on a 10-foot ceiling, the controller is just a little too high to be able to make changes easily. The cable from the controller to the light should be at least2-feet longer 3. the connecting cables are all black. I wish they had a white option, so the wires were less obvious on a ceiling painted in a light color If Amazon allowed, I would have given it 4.5 with a half-star removed for the cons instead of 4-stars

Very easy to set up. light quality is great. My plants are thriving. Purchased 2 more sets. Definitely recommend.

The first set that I received from Amazon was broken. I had to send it back. They reissued me a replacement. I finally got the replacement plugged it in. Put the timer on and it is working fabulously. The timer works exactly like it should. The light does have few different settings. I like to keep it on the first setting.... My plants are thriving in this light, which is exactly what I wanted. The color is great to the eye.It's not super bright, but it's strong Enough for the plants. It was a very easy, easy set up you just take it out of the box and plug it in. The size is perfect. It is very thin which is exactly what I wanted.I didn't want anything too bulky. I just basically laid it on top of my greenhouse. It does get hot, which heats up. The greenhouse and makes it warm for the plants.

Easy to install in my Chyna cabinet turned Greenhouse. I get a little kick of endorphins every time the lights turn on in the am on their own and then off when the timer ends. And I’m not easy to please! JK I’m ordering more for my old bakers shelf to put the seedling I take from my cabinet and transplant to pots. I LOVE freaking love these lights! I spent a ton on lights tents etc during COVID and the answer would have been much simpler with this set up I’ve got now. Highly recommend growing your own food or keeping your plants alive in the cold darker winter months, with these lights .

I’m very happy with these lights. They are perfect for what I needed. I am big fan of this Barrina brand, they always deliver a quality product. I love that there is 3 light modes, I have success with this pink/white combo. I am happy that there is also a timer although I do wish there was the option to by pass this so I could use my smart plug to run it in sync with my other plant lights. Overall, they came well packaged, they give off very little heat and are super slim and take up very little space (which I loved). They were also super easy to install.

I bought the Aplant grow lights (which didn't even end up working!) along with these for 2 dollars less and I can't say enough good things about this set of grow lights! For only 2 dollars more you get thicker letal plates that actually feel like they will last unlike the Aplants paper thin garbage, the lights are brighter, the cords are water proof and protected and they even were thoughtful enough to include a few zip/cable ties (as well as 3M pegs with sticky tape) to secure the lights to the underside of my greenhouses shelves. I have returned the Aplant lights and will be buying another set of these for sure!! Oh, and just a couple hours after installing and turning on the plants looked very perky as well so I have no doubts the bright lights are doing their thing! :)

The timer options and dimming options as well as the Spectrum options make this really customizable. Even though the measurements are part of the advertisement they were a bit smaller than I expected but it still work perfectly for my cabinet. The lights don't get too hot in my cabinet so there's not any burning of my plants or anything
