Fairly easy to use unless you are a technophobe. If you can use a smartphone you should be ok with this if smartphones defeat you then you might struggle. The manual is quite clear, and now comes with a German version as well. ( See the complaints from German reviewers) It now does not come with a CD of the software, it has to be downloaded; the information for that is given in a small sticker inside the lid. Not obvious. Needs to be more prominent. It also uses a compression system that I had not come across before (.rar) but there are plenty of apps available to decompress it. Installs easily I managed a 48 hr monitor and slept on both nights. The last time using the GP's monitor I did not sleep at all. I found the cuff difficult to put on - too much Velcro -, as others have remarked, and used a different one from a normal monitor. The software is quite comprehensive but not that easy to use, generating a report took some time to work out, but the report once generated is comprehensive. You need to enter patient information before generating it, so that your ID etc shows on each page. (I had 8 pages). Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Review: Excellent machine.
