Listen, I'm no culinary expert, but I enjoy cooking, and the more I venture forwards in my journey to fine dining, the more I find that you need to build flavour profiles. Onions, alongside tomatoes are the most utilised foods in cooking, and onion powder is a vital component in most home made sauces and a really nice addition when making soups, you can even add them to meats and gravy. The sky is the limit. This onion powder is great value, you get a lot for your money here, it smells great and adds a lovely flavour to your dishes. As a freebie, here's a quick way to make smash burgers better. Use 600 grams of 10% grass fed beef steak mince. Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 and a half teaspoons of garlic powder, mix together. Measure out into 75 gram balls. That gives you 8 patties. Heat pan, add ball, squish down, add salt and pepper, flip, add cheese to 1 burger, when it's melted, it's cooked. Stsck, add to bread, add toppings, enjoy.

What can I say it was the quickest and most efficient way for me to get this for my recipe at short notice. Value for money is objective this cost me double if I had gone elsewhere but I knew I could get next day so this was by far the best value for me on this occasion. The powder is perfect for adding that extra little something to your traybakes and the likes and adds to the flavour and the smell of your cooking process making it an enjoyable experience.
