Natural Mango Flavouring, High Strength - 15ml

Bought this to make some mango flavoured cake as me and my partner had some lovely cakes on holiday. First thing with this is when you open it just to smell, there’s an explosion but a good one, it’s smells absolutely wonderful. Don’t be fooled by the size as you don’t need a lot of it (learned that by my own mistake). The one thing i would say is it’s not 100% mango flavoured cake but you definitely taste it but a tiny aftertaste. The colour is a bit light so if you want the yellow look just add some food colouring. Overall it is not too bad, good taste quality, good size.

Excellent quality mango essence. I wasn't expecting great things as there aren't enough detailed reviews and one stated they had to use a lot of the bottle. I used it to make mango buttercream for a cake I baked, and was pleasantly surprised at the strong scent and taste, didn't need to use loads to achieve the strength I wanted. More than happy with my purchase and can't wait to use it again.

It has a strong flavour/scent but it tastes like very fake mango and like it's got a lot of artificial sugar like a candy which is not very pleasant. I used it in frosting and I think I would have been better off to use a drinking syrup.

Would recommend this brand for the concentrated flavour as only a small amount is required compared to some where half a bottle is needed before you can taste it and then the mixture is too runny. Does not taste exactly like mango but close.

The quality is very poor

Flavour is really fresh and fruity. Used it to make mango flavoured buttercream: 16 drops with 250 g butter and 500 g icing sugar. Perfect!

it tastes/smells like soap/airfreshener, very artificial taste that lingers at the back of your throat and for some reason ruins the consistency when used for baking
