The brown of this bottle looks very much like it should contain a brunette tinting shampoo, but instead this is a completely clear, fairly thick gel, completely colourless. It’s almost completely odourless as well, save for a hint of soap-like scent. There’s really not a lot to see or smell here. There’s also not a lot of effect to notice, not on my hair at least. It spreads and lathers easily enough, and you don’t need to use all that much of it in each session, but the effect afterwards is really quite ordinary. There are no negatives particularly- my hair looks healthy, and doesn’t come away with that over-oily feel or ‘wet dog’ look that some ‘hydrating’ shampoos and conditioners can dump on my head. And that’s why I’m giving four stars. But there is also a shortage of positives too. I get results from this that are very very similar to what I get from other shampoos that were a decent brand yet less than half the price. My hair is naturally gently curly, and after using this, it’s still naturally gently curly- no more and no less than before. So it’s tempting to knock this shampoo down to three stars because the current asking price, of well over twenty quid for a small 300ml bottle, really isn’t justified by the results. But I can’t deny that my hair feels fine after it, so four stars it is.

I've been using this product for a year since my hair turned curly after chemotherapy. It's excellent - hair feels full and looks shiny. Pleasant gentle scent. A little goes a long way!

I use Redken all the time and this one is lovely for curls. Highly recommend. Note: use a tiny amount per wash!!

Was soll ich sagen, wow! Ich habe von Natur aus gelocktes / krasses Haar. Noch dazu seit vielen Jahren blondiert. Meine Haare sahen eher immer strohig aus und viele dachten auch sie seien kaputt. Nun habe ich einmal das Shampoo in Kombination mit dem Conditioner der selben Linie verwendet und ich bin begeistert! + weiches Haargefühl schon beim Föhnen + kein bzw. kaum Frizz + auch bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit (sind durch den Nebel gelaufen) bleiben die Haare tatsächlich so wie sie sein sollen (minimal haben sie sich gesträubt 🙈) + man braucht nicht viel von Shampoo und Conditioner + angenehmer Duft Aber im Großen und Ganzen bin ich einfach nur zufrieden, endlich auf ein Shampoo für meine Haarstruktur gestoßen zu sein, dass auch wirklich tut was es verspricht. Eine Klare Kaufempfehlung, das Geld ist das Shampoo auf jeden Fall wert!

I bought the shampoo because of all the hype around it on Instagram. I don't see any change in my hair after using it for 2 months. I have long curly hair and it's exactly the same as before i started using it. Not going to buy it again. I think for this price you can find better.
