This seems to work for acute stress
This seems to work for acute stress during the work day. I take about 2 pills a day and sometimes 3. It does a good job taking the edge off.

Finally Sane
I had heard of this product from a friend with a bi-polar disorder so I thought I would give it a try. I administered it to someone(with tremendous mood swings) by placing it on their food(after fully cooked)and in their beverage. I could not believe the difference it made in their personality. After 30-60 minutes the mood changed to happy, in fact the person was singing and whisteling. Each time I was given the chance to use it the person's personality changed for the better, and in a short time line. If I could only get this person to take it on their own, life would be much better for both of us.

Quiets the mind to sleep
I have a newborn and am experiencing postpartum anxiety and sleep deprivation. This has actually caused me to have a harder time falling asleep. My natural dr recommended this to me because it is also safe while breastfeeding. I take 1 at bedtime and it really relaxes my mind so I can fall asleep. Glad to find something more natural and not take a medication that has chemicals and unknown side effects
