No more pottys in the dark
This light does a great job of illuminating our back deck and a portion of the yard making it easier to keep an eye on the pups when they go out. The remote works well, as does the dusk to dawn function. I haven't tested the motion sensor as we wanted the flexibility of turning it off as soon as the dogs came in. The bracket seems to be strong enough and although the light casing is plastic, it seems like it'll hold up to the elements. I'll revise this review if anything changes. The main reason I'm docking it a star is because no hardware was included. Knowing full well that I generally throw away the wall anchors or cheap screws that most times accompany items nowadays, but I would've appreciated the screws to attach the light to the post and avoided a trip to the hardware store to find some of compatible size. Overall a nice light, but the manufacturer should look into instruction and hardware.

Not Suitable for States with overcast winters.
Like the product, easy to install, but, literally unusable at my home....with the amount of overcast we have here, the light comes on for about 40 minutes in the afternoon. Needs to have a supplemental charger for northern climates. The good news is that it should work fine for us at the camper in the summer...we'll see.

Great lighting for home security
Bought as a light for back porch it projects ample lighting and adds security for the back of house. I would recommend this too anyone looking for extra lighting for their home.
