I love this coffee but the box always arrives with some damage. Amazon packages it in a bag much too often.

The coffee is great but the packaging was awful!Amazon packaged it in a bag and the boxes of coffee are not very sturdy. The boxes were smashed and one pod popped open.

Coffee is good - shipping not so much
This is good coffee. This was a reorder. I would give the coffee 5 stars.BUT - not impressed with how this was shipped. $100 worth of k-cups and they put it in a paper envelope. The boxes containing the k-cups are beat up. I think for the cost of this product the shipper should have used a box.NOT IMPRESSED, Amazon! I have shopped with Amazon since it was just a bookstore. I am going to explore my options. This is the third time recently that I have received a shipment in a paper envelope that was insufficient to protect the product. The envelopes are not even padded.
