So why supply 15 rings if they can't be fitted onto the bolts? Needless to say I will be returning this item.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faulty but now sorted.

The nuts, bolts and rings require assembly before use, which is easily done. However it was not possible to use the majority of the bolts as 9 out of 15 of them did not have a hole drilled through to take the ring. I would have returned them but had already used some before I realised the problem. Looking at other reviews this seems a common problem recently. Update. I messaged seller via Amazon and a replacement pack of bolts and rings was very quickly sent to me. These are all fine.
