It's great! Just what I need to deliver my Meals on Wheels!

I’m using this for Uber Eats deliveries. I keep it on the back seat of my car. It’s spacious (sometimes too much) but does a great job of keeping food warm. When I pull up to a delivery point and the customer sees me walk back and open this up to get their food out, it definitely gives the customer a perception that I care about the quality of their food delivery. I feel like on a few occasions it has contributed to a higher tip. Living in the northeast, having something to keep the food warm is essential, and this bag does the trick. The bag stays upright and doesn’t collapse, so it’s sturdy enough for my needs. I don’t carry it, so I can’t speak on durability and portability. I’ve had no issues with the zippers and I like that there are two of them. Overall, very satisfied.

We had to supply coolers to bring home leftovers from my daughter's buffet-style wedding. We choose these because of their size and the fact that the bottom has a hard folding "board." The cooler itself folds up nicely, so we were able to drop them off with the caterers in the Amazon box they were delivered in. The caterers opened them and put in ice and the leftover food. We were then able to bring the food home and move it to our refrigerator (or freezer) and dump the ice. We had also used the cooler to bring food from home to the hotel for a small family get-together the night before the wedding before dropping them off with the caterers. The coolers seemed well-made and now we have several for future needs. With some super ice packs, they kept the food cold. But the ice makes the coolers quite heavy -- don't think that can be avoided if using for cooling.

This bag is a couple inches taller than my last one which didn't sound like much when I placed my order but wow it makes a big difference! Some restaurants I deliver for have tall bags and I don't have to fold over the tops for it to fit! It comes with an inner insulated base that folds in half. I can lift one side to keep stacked orders separate, or to support drink trays on one side and their hot food on the other side or use the whole base folded in half to keep ice cream orders separate from warm orders as well as making it easy to create an adjustable divider for compartment size! The only thing that was frustrating while the bag was new was the loose inner lining getting caught in the zipper and the corner being difficult to zip around. Once the liner relaxed it got a lot easier! Overall, this bag is a great value and after months of trying to decide which bag to order, I'm glad I settled on this one!

I have been doing deliveries for about 5 or 6 years with various companies but mainly DoorDash. This is by far the best bag I have ever had and I've had many. It is durable, the zippers are not flimsy, the inside is very insulated, and it's made of like a kind of a washable vinyl. I already had an order spill in it and I simply wiped it up no stains no nothing. I was compelled to write this review because I had three orders to pick up, and I picked up the first two and then the third one and I had to drive I think it was 14 miles to drop off the first order. When I opened the bag to take out the first order to drop off at the door steam came out of the bag and you could feel the heat from all the orders. I've never had a hot bag that ever did that that means it kept it inside the hot bag nothing escaped the entire drive. I cannot say enough good things about this bag and I am so happy I found it and I guarantee you will be just as happy as i. With all the junk that people make out there this is such a refreshing buy. Do yourself a favor and wait no longer, as I am in the process of buying a second and third one I am so impressed and I'm scared when everybody finds out about how great of a bag this is I don't know if they would be able to keep up with demand.

This bag is smaller than the older version which limits me to 2 grocery bags and maybe 2 gallons of milk. No ears on zipper to assist in zipping. Harder to zip. My prior bag allows 3 grocery bags and a few sodas. Ears for zipper making slipping easier and very smooth zipper. Have had prior bag for over 5 years and still going minus some rips on the inside along seem where zipper is. It will do the job but I need a better bag for my work. And need to find soon as I need at least 6 more.
