I recently tried Jatamansi Root by Sai herbs also known as Balchad, Jatamasi Jadd, Jatila, or Nardostachys Jatamansi, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Very very low quality. Doesn't fulfill the purpose. Highly disappointed.

I bought 100grm pack. But it is not 100grm. Quantity is less.

It has earthy, root like smell. Boiled one root in water for 5 minutes, mixed with honey and drank it evening, and i felt so relaxed the rest of the evening and had a slumber sleep. One root may be used for 3-4 times. Soak it and boil it. With each time, increase the time you soak/boil. Really effective. Never used it before but this feels authentic. Jatamansi alone tastes bitter and earthy, but when mixed with honey, gives a good flavour as if you r relaxing in forest.
