I don't usually post reviews unless a product is terrible, but this camera is. I have had nothing but problems with the program. It randomly shuts off with error messages and there is no way to update through the program that I can see. It also wont detect the camera half the time when you double click on it to bring it up on the program. Nothing is labeled either so you have to guess what button does what. It does not open when the computer restarts either. The app is a tiny bit better but it still has problems connecting to the camera sometimes and if you leave it on in the background it will use up all your phone data. The warnings for movement never work right, I have tried setting everything 10 different ways but I still don't get notifications and when I do, it's only one and then it never works again. Sometimes the camera seems to move itself, I have it set in a certain spot and I will look at the app and it has moved. There are purple lines through the image most of the time. I know I am forgetting at least a few other issues and am not sure how this camera has 5 stars, unless they are paid to leave the review or the manufacturer/Amazon is deleting poor reviews. These are supposed to be reliable in case something happens, just like a dash camera. Unfortunately this camera is not something I will rely on at all for my home.Since posting this review the program has randomly shut off 5 more times and sometimes still shows the camera offline. Everything was setup right and some weeks it works with no issue at all and other times it doesn't work at all.

This is plastic, very plastic and you can really hear the plastic gears when panning the camera. The camera works great including remotely. We have 4 of these, two have been online for 6 months with no problems.

Great camera! Love that I can check on my dogs while I’m at work. Motion detection lets me know if they’re up to anything and can speak to them if I want. The night vision works very well. I would definitely recommend it.

Good camera only had thing is wish I could delete multiple recordings at once suck deleting one by one

GREAT PRODUCT

This is a very good camera to own. Setting it up was very easy. I got it on my phone and computer. Perfect for the office and home. I mainly needed it to see who was coming into the lobby, but this camera was so good, I came back for another one to put at home. I love if. Motion sensing alerts, night night vision, and periodic video saves into your computer or SD see great features.
