Review: Great unit - This machine is a must for any one with a milk cow. We separate our milk once a week. Any oh boy is it a chore, when I say it's a chore, that is due to the fact that you will need to be on your game warming your milk back up to 100 degrees. This machine will process 25 gallons of milk per hour. So if you are like us and process 30 gallons at a time it's a process. Would not want to do it without this wonderful machine. Don't be afraid of the amount of pieces it's pretty basic. Definitely does not take a degree in engineering to figure it out.
