Does this product clean ear wax?

Fill the ear canal and massage the ear for about a minute. I usually try to sort of milk the ear from back to front. When you’re done use cotton balls to clean as much as you can. Depending on how dirty or how much wax will determine how much debris you get. I do this maintenance on my dog every 2 weeks.
