I’m a big fan of The Oatmeal, and have been for a long time, but this book is special. While there’s plenty of the glorious comedy gold we’ve all come to expect from The Oatmeal, this book feels deeply personal — we all struggle with being happy, and this book reminds us it’s ok to feel however we feel. With a great big helping of illustrated goodness, of course. When I re-read this book, each time it feels true.

This book is a nice reminder that satisfaction and happiness are not the same thing, and you can be satisfied while not necessarily feeling happy. That's ok. The art is fun. I wish it were a tad longer but it doesn't have filler so that's nice.
