The 23 in 1 kit contains 8 different products, some of the products are in multiples. Such as 5 microfibre cloths.

Does the blower have a one way valve like the Giotto one?

Yes it does, and I annoy my partner with it too. And the dog goes nuts if I blow it on her paws then comes back for more

Does this come with the cleaning fluid for the sensor

It comes with a "lens cleaner" solution which must not be sprayed directly on the sensor - it's used on the swab which in turn is used to clean the sensor. This is indicated in the instructions.
