Bought these for my 18 year old grandson. He wears a men's 11.5 or 12. Originally bought the size 14 but they were too big so returned them for a 13 and he loves them.

Does anyone know if orthodic insoles would work in this shoe?

They would not. Footbed already has built in support and is not removable.

I wear a men’s size 9 shoe what size would work best for me?

My grandson wears a men's 12 and got a women's 13. He has narrow feet. If you have narrowish feet I would try the women's 10, wider feet an 11.
