Really impressed with these. Easy to take, no mess or mixing like powders, which makes them perfect for busy days or taking on the go. The 3000mg dose is ideal and does the job well – noticed better strength and endurance during workouts.

I've already noticed the effect, however the size of the tabs is a bit larger than I expected.

Quality is good but the pills are massive and really not nice to swallow. They are easy to break in half but still not easy to take. I would buy the powder next time

I’ve no doubt these provide the desired dosage of Creatine but they are difficult to swallow. They are quite big and uncoated so stick in the throat when trying to swallow. They dissolve very quickly in the mouth when taken with water. The irony is I reordered these as the previous bottle of the same product had coated tablets of a smaller size but they have changed. Very disappointing.

I personally use them for at least two weeks, I needed a cheaper alternative for what I used to use. To me, I haven’t felt any difference since I started taking them consistently however using another brand that I previously used I can see the difference. So I doubt what inside.
