I have a T310 (same thing but no display) outside but I've put it in a waterproof box. Temperature changes but I'm not sure about the humidity. One should probably use one of those louvred boxes that protects from the elements but still in the air. Only been outside for a few weeks, so far so good. **Q: Hi. Does anyone know please if you can ask Alexa for the temperature fromTapo Smart Temperature&Humidity Monitor?** A: Think so. Just message tapo direct **Q: Dose this display temperature on google displays? Looks like a cool product** A: Hi use the Tapo app it works on that, don’t know about Google. **Q: If the hub goes offline does the temperature sensor t315 stop recording?** A: Hi, If the Tapo Hub goes offline, the Tapo T315 Smart Sensor will still operate to provide real- time temperature & Humidity reading on the display screen. Hope this info is helpful. &WR ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little sensor. *by M***I on 19 August 2026* Great addition to my tapo smart home devices. Good quality all round. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used for indoor greenhouse *by C***E on 20 January 2026* I bought the Tapo T315 specifically to monitor conditions inside my indoor greenhouse, and it’s been brilliant. I needed something accurate and easy to check from my phone without constantly opening the greenhouse and disturbing the environment – and this does exactly that. The setup was really simple through the Tapo app. Within minutes I could see real-time temperature and humidity readings, plus clear graphs showing how conditions change throughout the day. This has been a game changer for keeping my plants happy, especially with more sensitive tropical species that need stable humidity. Accuracy seems spot on when compared with other meters I’ve used, and I love the alert feature – I get notifications if the temperature or humidity goes outside the range I’ve set. That’s saved me a few times when the room got too cold at night. The battery life is excellent and the screen is clear even inside the slightly humid greenhouse environment. It’s small enough to sit neatly on a shelf without getting in the way, and the build quality feels solid. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tapo T315 Smart Room Thermometer, Humidity Meter, Hygrometer, Room Thermometer Indoor, Humidity Sensor, Room Temperature Monitor, 2.7″ E-ink Display, Real-Time Notifications, Free 2-Year Data Storage - Tapo H100 SmartHub with Chime, Work with TapoSmart Switch, Button and Sensor,Whole-Home Coverage,Connect Up to 64Devices,19 Ringtones,Energy-Efficient,Wireless, Quick and Easy Setup,Packaging may vary - Tapo T100 Smart Motion Sensor, Motion Detectors, Wide Range Detection, Instant Alerts, Hands-Free Motion-Activated Lighting, Energy Saving, Battery Included( Packaging may vary) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/512720900-tapo-t315-smart-room-thermometer-and-hygrometer-indoor-temperature-monitor](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/512720900-tapo-t315-smart-room-thermometer-and-hygrometer-indoor-temperature-monitor) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
