I had tried shooting them and setting traps but the rats became very savvy and avoided the traps. When I could hear rats fighting under our kitchen units it was the last straw so reluctantly I bought a couple of bait stations and set them with these poison blocks along with some poison grain and positioned them outside . Almost immediately the bait was taken so I had to refill a couple of times, the stuff certainly works. Sadly some of the rodent must have died under our floorboards as we now have to cope with a rather nasty smell for a few days but I can cope with that knowing that the bait has done it's job Review: Excellent value for money and very well made - These boxes are very sturdy and require a key to open them. Requiring a key means they are safe to place in a garden as they are tamper proof.
