**Q: Can you post a picture of the instructions on the box?  Mine came with a label covering instructions and no detailed instructions inside the box.**
A: Mine had no detailed instruction sheet.
Basic usage is 10-15min for cold or hot.
Around that time, the temp is balancing,
Additional time doesn't do much good 
But 10-15 is what most therapists use.

**Q: How cold does the ice back get?**
A: It gets very cold but doesn’t last very long.  It will last at least 20 minutes if you want to do 20 minutes on and 20 off.  I think that’s why there are for ice packs

**Q: my sealed box came with only 3 ice/hot packs instead of 4.  The outside of the box says it contains 4, but it does not. Will you send me another?**
A: Sure

**Q: How long do these stay cold, please?**
A: They stay cold enough to use for at least 45 mins. It would take a couple of hours to get then all the way back to room temp.
