This has helped me so much. We had black mold in our house and didn’t know it for a year and I started having symptoms that mirrored interstitial cystitis. The coconut charcoal capsules are average pill size. The pill is not harsh tasting nor does it mess with my stomach when consumed. However it does clear you out and it's just what I was looking for. I just felt I have mold build up and that was the reason of trying. I will purchase more.

I really like this product. No messy powders or sandy taste. Conveintly wrapped in capsules. It works just the same as the powders but a lot neater. It gathers all the crap inside you and dump it out. Your stool will be dark to black but only for that moment until the next dose. Does not constipate or leave you feeling bloated.
