I bought this leak detector kit to alert me to water intrusion in my home, as over the years I have had to perform cleanup twice from water flooding into my basement. The kit included a main hub, 3 water leak sensors, batteries, a battery cover removal tool and an instruction manual. I placed the three small white sensors in various locations in the basement, although they can be used wherever water intrusion could be a problem like in a cabinet under a bathroom or kitchen sink. Once the sensors were placed, I plugged in the hub and downloaded the app. It was easy to set up and connect through the app via my home wifi. The Winees system eases my mind from worrying about future flood issues.

This product works just like you would expect. My water heater was leaking and the device notified me of the water leak. I was gone today but notifications came to my phone to let me know of the leak. I have placed the device next to the water heater and there is not standing water but wet pavement and the device notified me. The sound on the alarm is definitely noticeable but not too loud. I'm so happy about this.

Purchased this system to monitor my basement/water closet and have peace of mind in case there's ever a leak. Setup was super easy and straightforward with no issues; all 3 detection pucks were linked to the main hub right out of the box and linking to my wifi was hassle-free. I tested all 3 sensors to verify the detection was working and it was flawless and very fast. It sends a text and an email to whomever you setup to receive the notifications in the app and does so promptly. My only issue is that periodically the main hub seems to drop wifi connection, but only for a couple minutes every time and never longer. I don't think this is really even an issue because it doesn't remain disconnected, just something to note. I would def buy this system again if I didn't already have one!

I came back from a cruise to find out my air conditioner condensate line had clogged up and flooded an area of my house. The same thing happened a few years ago. I ordered this Winees water leak detector that night. Setup was ridiculously easy and done in about 30 minutes. The app is very user friendly. I got the three pack and put one under the kitchen sink, behind the washer and under the AC line, and plugged the hub into an outlet in my hall. I tested each with water and they worked perfectly. You get an adjustable alarm and then an email telling you where the leak is located. Considering the peace of mind this gives, the price is more than reasonable. I am recommending Winees to all my friends snd family.

I bought this water detector to use in my basement for peace of mind, but unfortunately it hasn’t been very reliable. It keeps going offline, which defeats the purpose of having a water detector in the first place. I need something I can trust to stay connected and alert me right away if there’s a leak. It was easy to set up, but the constant disconnection makes it disappointing. I hope the manufacturer improves the connectivity because the idea is great, but the performance hasn’t met my expectations.

The hub provides a loud alarm which can be heard across multiple stories in the house, even at night. The hub can be silenced by remote access or by touch, a nice feature to quash the noise once you responded. The hub does require an outlet and will interfere with access to second outlet if plugged directly into standard wall outlet. Connecting the hub to WIFI was simple and effective on first try. Remote sensors mated with hub nearly automatically so entire system was up and running in minutes. Sensors triggered by small amount of moisture so any leak will be caught quickly but without false alarms. AiDot app is effective and easy to use. Notices via email and message center provide notification and not sure if SMS messaging is available. More exploration and experimentation needed to fully appreciate AiDot full functionality I have not tried to connect to any other smart home app, such as Alexa, but the feature is available. The company has been responsive to my inquiries with support phone and chat available. I cannot speak to the hardiness and longevity of the devices as I have not had them in service for very long. I like that other AiDot compatible devices are available so it is not a single trick pony. The test will be if feature generations of app remains backward-compatible so new additions don't require replacement of current products.

Aidot is must have in UAE where AC can leak or pipes very unexpectedly while noone is inside the house. Aidot gives me confide that I have control over it. Easy to use and connect.
