What percentage of tea tree oil is in here and can it be used on eyelids?

Not sure about the percentage of tea tree oil but I use it on my eyelids and have no problems.

I wear foundation, concealer and powder. Does this do a good job of removing makeup like that?

I would cleanse face with some coconut oil first to moisturize and loosen make up and then this cleanser to follow
