Nasty tasting pickle juice but it works
Don't be fooled pickle juice works really well almost instantly if you have cramps it tastes horrible but it works I recommend this product if you have severe cramps

Instant Relief!
Perfect size! I play a lot of pickleball in 95° heat in Florida. Sometimes I'll get middle of the night muscle cramps from not hydrating sufficiently, and the little pickle juice shots work instantly for relief.

I get alot of cramping throughout my body - Pickle juice ends them pretty much immediately, one of the few things that actually works for me - I keep these at work, in the car, in my purse at home - always have one at the ready! If you suffer from cramping you need these!

Great stuff!!
This works on my leg and foot cramps so well!! I've tried a couple others, some freezable, but none have the flavor or quick results as this does.
