Good pump with high output

I have been through a few different pumps for my pond and found this to be the best of the lot, however like the others, this does easily get clogged and required cleaning every 2-3 days, however after buying a simple little plastic basket (from B&M about £3) placing the pump inside, then surrounding with spare filter foam, it's run perfectly (with that also giving a little extra filtration). It's been running for about 4 months now without me needing to touch it and losing no power. This might not be necessary for a pond/water feature without fish, however if you have fish in your pond, I'd recommend this pump with the extra couple of steps and it works beyond expectations

Bought this for my Blagdon 480-litre pond, and wow, what a difference! The pump works like a charm and keeps the pond crystal clear. But, pro tip: Don’t skimp on the hose size! Max out that diameter to keep the flow smooth and avoid overworking the pump. Trust me, your fish will thank you (and so will your pump!). Worth every penny, just mind the hose – it’s a whole vibe! 🌊🐟
