Finally! A good coffee brand in Dubai!
Been looking for good coffee for over 2 years and am so happy I found Koonoo! I like to mix 2/3 smooth and 1/3 bold, try it and thank me later

Average coffee that's plagued by staleness from being roasted and packed more than 3 months ago..
I would have minimum expectation form a UAE based Speciality Coffee brand (i live in the UAE). I expect my speciality coffee to have been roasted and packed to order if the brand cares about standards or at the very least, within a Week. Koonoo Bold Dark Roast was packed in March.. I ordered in May. I didn't expect that. When I tried the beans, they extracted poorly (minimum crema, muted aroma) like all stale beans do. When i pay a premium on a speciality coffee vs beans from the usual "supermarket" lot, i have high expectations. I'm totally disappointed. my search continues.....
