Is this unit compatable with YC9836 wea stn????

Hi, I know it's compatible with the YC9350 weather station as I've bought this sensor to use with my YC9350 weather station. I'm not familiar with the YC9836.

Does the yc9312 sensor work with the yv9350 weather station

The sensor that was supplied with my YC9350 weather station is model YC9311 (not YC9312). The Youshiko website lists several weather station models that the YC9312 sensor is compatible with but the YC9350 station is not amongst them. So I suspect the answer is no. You could always contact Youshiko direct.

Is this item weatherproof? I want to use it outside.

You don't need to have it outside-the sensors go outside -we have 3-one on the side of the house one in the greenhouse and one in the poly tunnel -they then relay back to the unit-the mani weather station!
