I purchased this heating pad and loved it after a couple of uses. I enrolled my product in the two year warranty. My battery pack was being finicky so I had planned to reach out to customer service about replacing it, and I found that my cat had chewed through the wire connecting the pad to the pack. I was pretty disappointed, but reached out to the company and told them about the situation. They were very prompt in their response, and they replaced my heating pad and battery pack free of charge! The product itself is pretty good, and if you have any issues, the company takes care of you!

As someone with endometriosis, this is hands down the best portable heating pad I’ve ever used (and I’ve used SEVERAL) It’s thin and discreet to wear, but has a large surface area that it covers. I love that it’s also designed to be aesthetically pleasing, would absolutely recommend

I was so excited to use this, but I patiently waited the 4 hours to charge it before the first use so I did not mess up the battery life! It's a beautiful color, an almost entirely flat design (so flat I thought it was missing the components!), and it's efficient! It has multiple different massage styles, but you cannot adjust the intensity of them. I think some are very odd, especially in sound! It sounds like your cell phone is ringing or going off 😂 The heat gets hot on the high setting, which it defaults to when you first turn it on! I will say- to feel the massage best, it needs to be on the skin, but be careful because the heat can get too warm for direct skin contact. It is invisible under clothing, aside from the battery pack, which is probably my biggest complaint. There were not adequate directions of how to attach the battery pack to the actual belt, so I had to trial and error until I figured it out on my own. The directions dont explain what all the different outputs are on it and the usb did not seamlessly fit into the port, which is a little unsightly. Getting the belt unbuckled also took some messing with before I figured it out. I think overall, it's an amazing product that fits the need for heat and cramp relief on the go, or when you can't stay in bed attached to a heating pad at home. I love that I can wear it while I do housework! Pixie Cup is also my go to for period care. I bought their disc starter kit, and I haven't looked back. They are super supportive, their branding is on point and they truly care when you do need to talk to them about an issue or have a question. I think with a few minor updates and some more directions, it would be perfect!! 😊

Absolute best purchase in a while. I bought this for my girlfriend because she experiences really bad period cramps and she was very very surprised! It was one of the only things that could substantially help decrease the negatives of her period and help her be able to power through the day. The vibration combined with the heat from the pad is just an amazing combo from her words.

I love this heating pad as someone with endometriosis. This gives me comfort and relief even on a busy schedule because It is battery operated! The massage option also isn't very loud, making it perfect to wear even grocery shopping! It is also very soft and slim so you barely notice it under your clothes.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! I had an issue with my battery pack and reached out to the company. They wrote back almost immediately and sent a replacement item. The new one works great! While the battery pack does take a while to charge, the discreet design of this product makes it a game changer for cramp / back ache relief on the go!

Me encantó este producto realmente es lo que estaba buscando después de varias compras 🙌🏻, tiene 3 temperaturas calientes depende el gusto de la persona, tengo problemas en mis ovarios lo cual siempre tengo demasiado dolor, realmente lo único malo que veo es que deberían vender aparte el power bank portable para asi tener como tener respuesto cuando se quede sin baterías, y no tener que esperar a que cargue. 💚
