How long does the Battery Last?

The battery lasts up to 3 hours. You can buy an extra one for backup. Any 5000mAh power bank will do.

How long do the herbal packs last and can I replace them?

Each herbal pack lasts up to 20 days with daily use. At this time, we do not sell Pixie Herbal Packs separately. You can find a generic herbal pack elsewhere that will fit in the Pixie Thermal pocket to replace as needed.

Is the EMF level of Pixie Thermal safe?

Pixie Thermal uses graphene heating, which is lower than the electromagnetic field of other heating pads on the market and is very safe.
