Heavy material, good zippers, pretty much everything can be closed if not being used. The removable bottom tray is nice. it is the same reflective material and a couple of inches deep. It is much easier to clean and provides some defense against leaks/spills. Relatively easy to set up* The light is dimmable. There is almost no light leaking. Most of the time I can't tell if it's on or not without opening a flap or the door. The packaging is very well done. Clearly numbered boxes stacked inside of the shipping box by a Tetris master. It could stand to be a bit larger and a little more stable. Items on it tend to fall off if the tent gets bumped or a cat jumps on the top of it. So far I'm quite pleased with this item.
