DISGUSTED!!! What a pile of crap!
This is the second of this type of keyboard I have had to return because it did not work.This item came with no sort of anti shock padding, just a plastic bag and a cardboard box. One of the keys had fallen off and would not click back on.I decided to use it any way and considered gluing the key back on. The instructions are a load of crap and hard to follow due to English and Spanish mixed in,but I managed to get it connected to my tablet. However it refused to type anything. I repeated installation procedure to no avail.I tried connecting to my W10 PC which didn't recognise the device at all. The instructions refer to Windows 2000 and Vista so may be no use for later windows versions if it would work at all. I have now received a full refund after returning the item, after a flood of emails from the vendor full of excuses as to why I should not return it, and begging me to remove this review and upgrade star value. Why should I allow this vendor to inflict rubbish on to Amazon customers?
