Our product consists of a water base, so the viscosity can vary as the water evaporates. If it's too hardened and too viscous to use, add a drop or two of water and shake it.

To minimize over-packaging for the environment, thinner glass containers are used. The actual capacity is 5mL (0.17oz) which is the same as the indicated capacity.

The solid content is high depending on the color, so the pigment may subside over time. It's not an old product and you can use it if you shake it enough before using it.

There may be impurities that have not been removed. Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and reapply.
