Doesn’t stick well
I use the regular be kool patches on my forehead for my heat intolerance and they work wonderfully. I tried these active patches and unfortunately they just fell right off my neck/shoulders. I would not recommend

To use this as advertised, you only have 2 cooling pads. The advertising is misleading, as there are only 2 packs inside the box.I haven’t tried the product yet because I’m angry about the deceptive description.

They actually stay cool and keep you cool
I love these patches and I purchase them weekly for use at work when I am hot or when my girlfriend has a migraine it helps her greatly. I keep mine in the fridge or cooler for max coldness. They last about 1 to 2 hours
