It doesn't say anything about where they are manufactured on the box. It only gives the WMF Germany address. This is the case with every item of flatware I own from WMF.

The product is NOT made of 18/10 stainless steel, it's magnetic, also no "18/10" label on the fork as WMF products usually do, probably made of 18/0 steel.
