Review of many 3/4 length inserts for comfort and improvement over time.
I have a lot of pain in my heel in the left foot. I desperately bought seven different pairs of shoe inserts on Amazon in an attempt to help decrease pain and heal the problem. Some pairs were very intrusive making walking nearly impossible. Other pairs were better. I am listing them in order from most uncomfortable the most comfortable and supportive. PCSsole 3/4 Orthotics, 330+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis 3/4 Length Insoles, Plantar Fasciitis 3/4 Length Insoles High Arch Supports Orthotic Insoles, Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic Shoe Insoles, QBK High Arch, Dr. Foot 3/4 Orthotics Shoe Insoles and Dr. Potter 3/4 Orthotic Insoles. I bought the 3/4 length instead of full length so I would still have plenty of space in my shoe for my toes to move around. I liked the Dr. Foot and the Dr. Potter inserts the most even though it took time to get used too. What I had trouble with in all the inserts there is a tendency for the shoe to tip when making left or right turning movements. I like to run trail trails and that would increase my chances of rolling a foot laterally causing me to fall and/or sprain an ankle. So I went back to Amazon and research more orthodontics. I came across Samurai Insoles Ninjas Plantar Fasciitis Relief Arch Support Shoe Insoles. They were purple and looked funny in the picture. I did not purchase these before because they looked flimsy to me. I bought them out of desperation. They actually slide in under your removable shoe padding (unlike the others I bought that went on top of the padding). I slid my foot into the shoe thinking this is just going to be a stupid idea, but it was far more comfortable than any of the other inserts I tried. The insert going under the foot padding actually made my foot more stable than the other inserts did. That was a plus! Then I noticed my foot did not hurt as much when I put weight on my heel. That was also a plus, but then I became concerned that it only felt better because I was not changing the pressure on my foot in a way that was going to give me the "correct" support I needed and I would in the long term just run into more problems (pun not intended). I decided to give the inserts a test. I went for a short walk and my heel was l little tender, but still much better than having no insert at all. I decided to mow my lawn. A small lawn that only took about 20 minutes. My foot actually felt better after mowing the lawn than it did before I started. Go figure? With the other inserts I would have had to sit and rest with my foot up for about an hour. Anyway, I have worn the inserts for a few days. My foot is slowly getting less and less painful. This was a relief in itself as I have had this pain in my foot for over 7 months with no sign of getting better. Hopefully, my foot well get better and I will be able to running the trails again. Right now these inserts are my best option. For that I give them 5 stars!

Very successful with great releif!
I’ve had planter fasciitis for several years. I had a cortisone shot in the foot, which helped a lot, and the pain never did come back. This passed Christmas I got an exercise ski machine, the movement of side to side side to side side to side. My arch fell within minutes and I’ve been in severe planter fasciitis pain ever since. While the constant rotation of different braces to help this issue, helped a tiny bit, those braces only masked the pain. Last week, I got these cute little purple inserts and my life has never been better!! Haven’t had to wear a brace. My whole foot has a lot more strength with much less pain. I’m so thankful I’ve found this product to finally help heal this problem and pain.

Cured my Plantar Pain
About two weeks ago, I woke up with a horrific plantar fascitis pain the minute my heels touched the floor. I was in the worst pain and nothing seemed to help. I found an online post written by a podiatrist that explained the pain caused by plantar and how best to deal with it. The article recommended these insoles that I probably would not have chosen on my own. The price seems steep for the product and some people argue that "it's just a piece of plastic" which it seems to be when you open the package. Because I wasn't sure, I also purchased the product with better Amazon reviews and that one does not compare to the Ninja! I encourage you to try the product. My plantar is almost completely gone and the product is so great that I bought it for my wife and will buy it for my parents as well. I continue to use them under my sneaker insoles and they are just amazing the way they provide support while not losing the comfort of your own sneakers. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from Plantar or similar heel and foot arch pain. That little piece of plastic is the best darn piece of plastic you'll find. It's thick, durable, and curves in all the right places! Definitely get this awesome product!

These devices work!
I rarely write reviews. But I was very impressed with how well these orthopedic devices helped my heel pain. I play a lot of Pickleball, it was becoming very uncomfortable to play. I highly recommend these.

Didn't work for me.
Product did not work for me. Seems to be well constructed. I tried it with several different shoes but the high arch seemed to hit the front part of my heel instead of the arch. I did follow the break in as suggested. It caused more pain than it fixed. It make work for many individuals but not for me.

YES, they squeak. YES, they're too expensive. NO, they haven't helped(yet).
Maybe I shouldn't give them such a low rating. I don't think I've ever rated anything on Amazon this low. BUT, these things are nothing but pieces of curvy plastic. NO WAY are they worth $35. If the price was somewhere around $10 I wouldn't be so disappointed. The arch isn't high enough for me. They're not uncomfortable, nor are they comfortable. Not quite sure if they're helping my Plantar Fasciitis at all. It's only been a week. I'm not sure they stay where they are supposed to under my foot. I am sure they make a lot of noise when I walk or shift my weight. I am looking into full insoles that seem to be more substantial for around the same price or cheaper. These feel like a gimmick to me. I see no reason to buy a 3/4 insert like these rather than a full insole. I don't know WHAT I was thinking when I put these in my cart and paid for them. I will keep them in my work shoes until I find something better or these flatten out. I will update my review if by some miracle these end up surprising me. For now I will keep looking for something that looks like it's worth the money.

They made a difference for me!!!
Recently had total knee replacement and, following that, I was diagnosed with sciatica. These weren't perfect to solve my health issues, but certainly made a difference in my ability to get up and move. I could get through small walks with less pain and they certainly seemed very sturdy. My only wish was that they might not be quite so rigid. They do give good arch support and fit well in most of my shoes. Also, they are very easy to clean.
