How does it compare to neat braid?** A: Hi, our braid gel did not flake during the extensive testing we did when we produced the product right here in USA. However, we did notice that some of our customers will occasionally get flaking when mixing in the product with other products. This is likely due to chemical reactions with other products, humidity, , oils from the scalp, or just simply putting WAYYY too much on! We can't comment on comparisons, but we have to say that our product has extreme hold, and is a bit stickier than some products.
