My hair was Bob length and it was really damaged from bleaching all the time and was not growing at all and very thin. So I have used this a few times and gave my hair a break from not wearing hair extensions and straightening it all the time. And I have noticed unbeileveable results. Even friends and family have said wow is that all your own hair? But you have to give it chance !! And don't apply too much on I only put on roots massage on leave it on for a few minutes and wash my hair making sure I get all the oil off otherwise it will leave it greasy. I had been having a lot of hair breakage and loss from the root and was feeling quite down about it ! I put too much initially and it made my hair really greasy, the second time I put less on while it was still damp and it was fine. It felt a little tingly but was nice. I've only been using it for about a month but there is considerably less hair loss, still a bit of breakage but more the ends. It also appears to be growing faster but that does mean I have to do my roots more !
